This should be everyone’s new favorite pasttime, filming cops not caring at all. Sigh. Could it be that this officer was reading instead of watching where he was going…could be.
Luckily for all involved this was a relatively harmless interaction, but if you can’t count on the cops to follow the rules, who can you count on?
